Sif meel, sout, gis en suiker saam in ‘n mengbak en voeg dan anyssaad by. Meng die botter en die warm melk, voeg dit by die droë bestanddele en meng tot ‘n ferm deeg. Keer uit op ‘n oppervlak wat met meel bestrooi is en knie tot ‘n sagte nie-klewerige deeg wat glad en elasties is…
