Cremora Beskuit – Boerekos – Kook met Nostalgie

250ml cremora koffieverromer poeier 125ml kookwater 25ml wit asyn 1 kg bruismeel 12ml bakpoeier 250ml witsuiker 125ml klapper 2ml sout 250ml botter of margarien Voorverhit die oond tot 180C. Smeer 2 broodpanne met botter of bespuit met kleefwerende kossproei. Meng die koffie verromer met kookwater en vul aan tot 500ml met koue water. Voeg die asyn by. Meng droë bestanddele en vryf botter of margarien in tot mengsel soos broodkrummels lyk. Maak ‘n holte in middel en voeg verromer mengsel by…
