✓ CREAM CHEESE CLOUDS* (Makes 24, 1g Net Carb per): Beat 8 oz softened CREAM CHEESE, ½ c softened unsalted BUTTER, ½-¾ c granular Splenda and ½ tsp VANILLA or other flavoring w/ an electric mixer until fluffy. Drop by bite-size spoonfuls onto a wax paper-lined baking sheet. Freeze until firm, at least 1 hr. Store in the freezer and eat frozen.
I think this would be great for students to know as a general rule for editing and revising. The students love acronyms and this would help them remember what they should be looking for when editing and revising.
