When poisonous substances came onto the market to control plants and vermin in the mid 1800’s, to prevent mishaps when fumbling about by candle light, poison bottles were given distinctive features. Like this large glass fluted bottle with raised lettering of the word “POISON”. It has ribbing detail and no cap so we thought it just needed to be upcycled into a desk lamp. Cleaned up, wired and ready to light up your room. Lampshade sold separately
