This is my go-to quiche recipe; although, I've never made it in a tart pan, only in a pie plate. Also, I use 2 onions instead of the 4 lbs. Last night, I changed it up and made a frittata; increased the eggs to but kept everything else the same.
Savoury tart / Souttert Recipe 2 eggs 1 tsp mustard 1 cup of milk 1 tsp parsley 25ml oil 1 cup grated cheese 18ml flour salt and pepper small onion chopped viennas / cold meat chopped Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 180c for 45 mins. Serves 12
