Refreshing & Flavorful Drink: Make your own vitamin water. Add fruits instead of sugar for a natural sweetener for your water. Cut the fruit into paper-thin slices or small chunks. Add fresh spices or citrus as pictured or add your own favorites. Combine ingredients with water. Refrigerate 4-6 hours. Serve over ice. Blendtec Raw Cinnamon Applesauce | Our Paleo Life - ADD an IMMUNE BOOST: add 3 teaspoons of coconut oil and 3 teaspoons of fermented cod live oil. Mine is lemon flavor so I don't add much real lemon. This is such an easy way to take oils which are a little slimmy on thier own.
