Here’s the core circuit I did to end leg day❗️ The target was obliques and upper abs mostly. First move was anti-rotational in nature. Building on your ability to maintain a base in the face of unevenly distributed outside forces is a key to real life performance. Second up was straight to the point, hit those upper abs (rectus abdominis). Try to keep the weight on a pathway that gives your abdominal muscles more resistance to overcome, the goal is to use gravity the right way. Last up was a good ol’ declined Russian Twist to finish those obliques.
