Wars Inside You

The poem talks about how the person goes through the dark phases of his/her life and then keeps a little part in his heart and judges other people with the same experience as he/she does not wants to move. They think they have moved on but in real they keeps themselves in the same place and protects themselves by not opening to anyone.
