Residents of California’s San Joaquin Valley, including the cities of Bakersfield and Wasco, are up in arms over a spate of scary clowns sighted roaming the streets and terrorizing citizens. One call received by Bakersfield police reported a clown in a residential area with a firearm. This follows a week’s worth of sightings of scary clowns that are causing a stir in the area.
