For those of you who aren’t familiar with panettone it is an rich Italian sweet bread prepared usually around Christmas time. The preparation of panettone takes a few days which involves a careful attention to details. I decided to make an easier version for you guys so you can enjoy this magic for the upcoming Shabbat dinner.
