This recipe is a 2-for-1 deal!  You can learn how to make chia milk and a new smoothie combination!  The leftover chia milk can be stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.  We use the leftover chia milk for oatmeal, raw puddings and other smoothie concoctions.
