This loaded Greek salad with chicken and avocado is one of my favorite salads and it’s so easy make/meal prep for during the week. It’s full of classic Meditteranean flavors but also has an added dose of protein and creaminess to really take it up a notch!
Ingredients
Meat
• 2 cups Chicken, cooked
Produce
• 1 Avocados
• 1 cup Cucumbers
• 2 Garlic cloves
• 1 cup Grape tomatoes
• 6 cups Leaf lettuce, green
• 2 tsp Oregano, dried
• 1/2 Red onion, small thin
Condiments
• 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
• 2 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh
Baking & Spices
• 1 Salt & pepper
Oils & Vinegars
• 1/4 cup Olive oil
• 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
Dairy
• 4 oz Feta cheese
