I’ve always wanted to avoid all negative emotions. I only wanted to feel happy. I thought that was the goal. If I felt something else…. I wanted to escape because it felt like I was doing something was wrong.
Since learning that emotions are the alarm clocks to our awareness……
I saw this post and I thought it would be a good one to share. It’s a suggestion of what different emotions we are feeling…. And what they could be “alarming” us about.
