• 1 pint Cherry tomatoes
• 1 (15-oz.) can Chickpeas
• 1 tbsp Chives, fresh
• 1 cup Corn, fresh canned, or frozen
• 1 clove Garlic
• 4 cups Romaine lettuce
Condiments
• 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
• 4 tsp Honey
• 1 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh
• 2 tbsp Tahini
Baking & Spices
• 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
• 1/2 tsp Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper
