CAPPUCCINO CRISPIES - 1 IP Cappuccino Drink Mix, 1 tsp. Baking Powder, 1 tsp. Splenda. Mix. Add 3 T. Liquid egg whites, 2 tsp. Coconut oil. Blend well. Drop 6 spoonfuls far apart onto a parchment lined baking sheet. With the back of the spoon, spread out each cookie to the thickness of a 1/2 an Oreo. Bake 10-12 minutes @ 350. Cool completely. The texture is like biting into toast ~ I'm addicted. 6 crispies = 1 IP unrestricted serving. Enjoy ~ janeva eickhoff

Slow Cooker Italian Beef Sandwiches     2-3 lb bottom round beef roast   1 Cup Beef Stock   1 packet Italian Salad Dressing Mix ( I used Good Seasons)   1 jar pepperoncini rings   1 loaf crusty french bread     Place roast into the slow cooker. Add 1 cup beef broth and Italian salad dressing mix. One hour before the roast is done add the peppers to the slow cooker. Total cooking time should be about 8-10 hours on low. Serve on crusty french bread.

Made this for lunch today using leftover steak, a bag of broccoli coleslaw, no sweetener (didn't think it needed it), rice wine vinegar, and sriracha sauce.  It was wonderful! I will definitely do this again!!

Crack Slaw Low Carb Recipe Pam Notes: I always use a packet of Stevia instead of sugar. Can use fresh chopped Cabbage (green & red) instead of Cole Slaw mix. Can also make it with ground pork and extra ginger to taste like egg roll filling.
