Harlem Plantation House  Plaquemines Parish, LA 1840  It's significant architecturally and historically because its one of few remaining Louisiana raised river plantations built in the Anglo-Creole tradition, illustrating the transition from French to American design. Sadly, it's been allowed to deteriorate, with no sign of anyone attempting to salvage it.  It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.
