Doug Morneau - Enjoyed a 7km hike today as its warming up and there was no ice on the trails and burned 775 kCal.  Yesterday was in the gym for an hour of legs, back, chest, shoulders, and burned 1147 kCal.   Looking forward to tomorrow's workout back at the gym. I wonder what workout my trainer has planned for Wednesday?

Samuel Tith - Yes. I recovered very quickly and continued into my 6th day into the ‪#‎unleashtheQ2015‬ challenge. I went to 24 Hours Fitness and started my workout at 0500 hrs. I did the high intensity workout today with 20 minute cardio workout on the stationary bike. Next, I did 50 push-ups, 50 sit-ups, 20 leg lifts from the pull up position, 20 pull-ups, standing fly with the weight machine, and finished with the stretch. I did 10 reps on each exercise and only rest about 20-30 seconds
