Below is a table I made for you with most common vegetables and carbs per 100 g. Green: veggies with less than 2.5 g carbs - you can eat in larger portions. Yellow:  between 2.5 g and 5 g carbs - OK, but eat in moderation. Red: more than 5 g carbs - be careful. It's quite easy to eat 100 g or more when eating vegetables so keep it to small amounts.

Tomato & thyme cod.  Just made this - delicious!  I added quite a few whole pitted black olives.  Served with steamed baby new potatoes dressed with garlic butter, and some salad leaves and red onion in a balsamic and olive oil dressing.

INCREDIBLE OVEN BEEF ROAST. Another Pinner said "The veggies were so good! I put the potatoes in with all the other veggies. This is the best roast I've ever made, or possibly ever had. Definitely replacing crock pot roasts. I covered the roasting pan during cooking, and used rosemary and thyme for my herbs." <3

Not made this for a while but it is lovely - I use a tbsp of flavoured syrup in mine instead of the vanilla - Put the condensed milk, cream and vanilla into a large bowl. Beat with an electric whisk until thick and quite stiff, a bit like clotted cream. Scrape into a freezer container or a large loaf tin, cover with cling film and freeze until solid.
