Ever since I first tried Chicken Karaage (Japanese Fried Chicken) I was blown away with how someone could make juicy and flavorful chicken with such an incredibly light and crispy batter. This is EASILY one of my favorite fried chicken recipes on the planet and that spicy garlic mayo sauce pairs so well with the chicken - I hope you enjoy it!
