Chocolate Crepes - 1/4 cup raw cacao powder, 1/4 cup Protein 17, 1 (or 2) tbsp xylitol, 1 tsp organic vanilla extract, pinch of Himalayan salt, 4 large organic eggs, 1/2 cup organic almond milk, and 2-3 tbsp organic coconut oil. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the eggs and mix with a hand whisk. Add melted coconut oil and almond milk. Mix until well combine and let it stand for about 10 min before making crepes.
Protein Waffles - 1/4 cup organic coconut flour, 1/4 cup Protein 17, 2 organic large eggs, 1/2 cup organic almond milk, 2 tbsp organic coconut oil, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp organic apple cider vinegar, and 2 tsp organic vanilla extract.
Raspberry Panna Cotta - 1 scoop Protein 1 cup organic frozen raspberries, 2 cups organic coconut milk, 2 tbsp organic gelatin, and 2 tbsp xylitol.
Super Protein Cereal - 2 scoops Protein 17, Organic cereal of your choosing, and 1 cup water. Add the Protein 17 to the water and mix well then use as a substitute for milk to top the cereal. This is a really easy way for you to boost your protein intake at breakfast.
Cinnamon Boost Pancakes - 2 scoops Protein 17, 3 organic eggs, 1/2 cup organic breakfast oats, 1/2 cup organic no fat cottage cheese, 1/8 tsp organic baking powder, 1/2 tsp organic vanilla extract, and 1/2 tsp organic ground cinnamon. Mix everything in a blender till you achieve a mix that resembles batter. Cook in a frying pan for 2 or 3 minutes on each side. These are nice topped with a sliced organic banana or peach.
High Protein Jello - 1 scoop Protein 17, 3 cups your favourite brewed herbal tea, 1/4 cup organic lemon juice, 1/4 cup xylitol, and 6 tbsp organic gelatin. In a saucepan, combine tea, lemon juice, and xylitol and heat over medium heat until just warm, then reduce the heat to low. Add the gelatin and the Protein 17; using an immersion blender, blend all the ingredients well until completely mixed. Pour the mixture into a baking dish, let cool and refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
Vanilla, Almond and Coconut Bars - 1/3 cup organic flaked almonds, 1/3 cup organic flaked coconut, 1 1/2 cup organic almond flour, 2 heaping tbsp organic coconut flour, 1 cup Protein 17, 1/4 cup organic coconut oil, 1/2 cup organic coconut milk, 1 tsp mold-free vanilla powder, and 1/8 cup xylitol (optional).
Blueberry and Vanilla Warmer - 2 scoops Protein 17, 2 cups organic oats, 1 cup organic low fat milk, 2 cups organic blueberries, and 1/2 tsp organic vanilla extract. In a microwave heat the oats and milk for around 5 minutes, mixing part way. Stir Protein 17 and the vanilla extract through the hot oats and mix well before topping with the blueberries for a warming start to the day. As oats release their energy slowly, this is the ideal breakfast to fuel your activities during the morning.
Macadamia, Coconut and Maldon Salt Chocolate Barks - 7 ounces organic dark chocolate (70+% cacao), roughly chopped, 2 tbsp organic coconut flakes, 2 tbsp macadamia nuts, roughly chopped, 1 scoop Protein 17, and Pinch Maldon sea salt.
Rice Krispies Recovery Bars - 2 scoops Protein 17, 1 1/2 cups organic rice breakfast cereal, 1/2 cup organic breakfast oats, 2 tbsp grass-fed butter, 1/3 cup organic raw honey, 1/2 tsp organic vanilla extract, 1/4 cup organic almond butter. In a large pot over low heat, melt the butter and stir in the honey, almond butter and vanilla. Turn the heat off and then stir in the Protein 17 powder, oats and rice cereal. Press the mixture into an 8x8 baking dish and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Rise and Shine Blueberry Yogurt - 2 scoops Protein 17, 6 oz organic natural yoghurt, 1/2 cup organic blueberries, and Organic vanilla extract to taste. Combine the Protein 17 and yogurt in a bowl before stirring through the blueberries for an easy protein packed breakfast that is also rich in antioxidants.
Chocolate Protein Bars - 100 g organic dark chocolate (85+%), 1/4 cup organic coconut oil, 1/4 cup organic coconut flour, 3/4 cup organic almond flour, 1 cup Protein 17, 1/2 cup organic coconut milk, 1 cup organic flaked coconut, 1/2 tsp vanilla powder, and 1/8 cup xylitol.
Strawberry Ice Cream - cup organic frozen strawberries, cup Protein 2 tbsp organic heavy cream, 2 tbsp organic almond milk, and 1 tbsp xylitol. Place all ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth.
Cinnamon Toast - 2 scoops Protein 17, 2 slices organic wholegrain bread, 1/2 cup organic egg whites, 1/4 cup organic milk, and Organic ground cinnamon and organic syrup to taste. Combine the Protein 17, egg whites and milk in a bowl then add the desired amount of cinnamon. Immerse the bread in the cinnamon mix before cooking in a frying pan for a couple of minutes on each side. Drizzle syrup over the bread.
