Cold Brew Coffee recipe for a crowd. I use half a pound of coffee in a plastic gallon pitcher. 12 hours room temp, strain with fine mesh hand strainer, then use a gold mesh coffee filter. The paper filters were messy and took much too long to drip. Store in frig for wks. Add to glass of ice (if brew is strong, may need to add a little water, too), add cream and favorite coffee syrup for sweetening.
