Level 4- advanced plank 1. Star plank- lift top leg and arm, hold position 10-30 seconds. Switch sides and repeat. 2. Start in star plank, bring you top knee to your top elbow - creating an oblique crunch. Complete 10-15 on each side. Repeat as desired.
When I first started yoga I was focused on relaxing and becoming more flexible. I have improved on those things but I've also learned how helpful yoga can be in all parts of my life. Try something new, get out of your comfort zone, and don't focus on the stereotype that yoga is only for flexible people.
