MUNCHIES! 1 cup oats, 1 cup shredded coconut, 1/2 cup flaxseed, 2 Tbsp honey melted in 1/2 cup hot water, approx. 1.5 cups mashed fruit plus matching spices: Banana peanut cocoa / Apple cinnamon raisin / Apricot basil / Blueberry mint / Feijoa gingerbread / Strawberry vanilla / Etc. Add extra nuts/seeds/choc chips/bran if desired. Optional extra: softened butter. Form a dough. Spread flat in greased pan and cut with spatula. Bake about 30min at 400F until your level of crispiness is reached.
Anzac Biscuits, no-flour version: 1 cup ground almonds, 1 cup coconut, 1 cup Tasti almonds chopped, 1/4 cup coconut oil, 1/4 cup honey, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. water. Method: Mix ground almonds, chopped almonds and coconut in a bowl. Melt coconut oil and honey in a sauce pan, then add baking powder and water. Mix everything together until combined. Bake for 35 minutes in a 120ºC oven.
