Ham and Cheese Macaroni: 1 1/2 cups uncooked macaroni, 1/4 c. butter, 1/4 c. flour, 1 3/4 c. milk, 8 ounces cheese cut into chunks, 1-2 c. left over ham cut into chunks. Prepare macaroni. Melt butter; add flour over low heat, stir constantly until smooth and bubbly; remove from heat. Stir in milk; heat to boiling, stir constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute, remove from heat. Stir in cheese until melted. Place macaroni in ungreased casserole. Stir sauce over macaroni. Bake at 375 for 30 min.
