Ingredients:
  • 145g salted butter, melted
  • 360g granulated sugar
  • 120g plain flour
  • 60g cocoa powder
3 large eggs, lightly beaten
    Tin size: 7” springform pan (greased)
    • Line base of tin with parchment paper
    Bake 160C (fan) 30-35 mins - the top should be crisp and set, and the centre should still gooey. Allow to cool fully in the tin 🥰
