Make the sippy cup as appealing to your toddler as possible. An easy way to do this is to use the bottle for water only and to save the good stuff for the sippy cup. Though I don't agree with some things on her list... It is good to have a plan for a c section, and to accept that it may be inevitable. I was induced and after 3 days and no baby, c section became very real. After they broke my water and contractions started, I said GIVE ME DRUGS (after wanting to go natural) because I knew there was a good chance I'd have a c section regardless. No need to go thru the pain just to get the epidural anyway to have a c section!
