Red Leicester is a crumblier version of cheddar. Despite its flaky texture, it's still a firm cheese. The rind is reddish-orange with a powdery mould on it.

Boursin creamy cheese with garlic and herbs. Nice spread on crackers, spread on toast and put under the grill to melt, nice spread on crusty bread and I've heard it's good in jacket potatoes (but I haven't tried it like that!)
