I am a huge fan of granola, however I am also quite the granola snob. Let me explain, a lot of granola out there is full of sugar, which is no bueno in my book. So what does a girl do when she can't find a good brand of granola?
Chocolate Coconut Granola Bars: I used natural Kirkland brand PB instead of Nutella. I think next time I would cut the honey a bit b/c I think they're a little too sweet. I cut the oats and added a c. of chopped almonds.
6 large Medjool dates cup Chia Seeds 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil Optional: teaspoon natural vanilla extract or a pinch of cinnamon powder for taste Optional add ins: Dark Chocolate chips, shredded coconut, dried fruit (a couple tablespoons of any add-in)
