Ingredients
• 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
• 10 tbsp melted butter
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1 1/2 cups cocoa powder
• 2 cups white granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• • 2 eggs plus 2 egg yolks
• 2 tbsp cornstarch
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• Pinch of salt
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup dark chocolate chips and 3/4 cup heavy cream (for ganache topping)
• Rainbow chip sprinkles (I used star shaped sprinkled)
Preparation:
• Preheat your oven to 350°F
• In a large bowl, mix your flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, cornstarch, salt and vanilla
• Add your butter, oil and eggs, then mix until fully incorporated.
• Place a sheet of parchment on a 9x9 inch baking dish (or 9x13 works too)
