Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal by thecookierooke: The perfect healthy breakfast for fall! I used a whole cup of pumpkin instead and next time I'll add more almond milk to make it creamier and maybe a tiny bit more sugar.
Ingredients: 1 green container pure pumpkin (not pie filling!) 1 beaten egg 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice Directions: Mix all ingredients together Spray ramekin with non-stick spray Pour mixture in ramekin Microwave for 5 minutes Enjoy!
Overnight Crockpot Oatmeal with Apples ~~Place 2 sliced apples, cup brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, pinch salt in the bottom of the crock pot. Pour in 2 cups of oatmeal, 2 cups of milk and 2 cups water. Do NOT stir. Cook overnight for 8 - 9 hours on low.
