An original Thomas Crapper toilet with wall-hung 3-gallon "high" tank. Despite the name, and common belief, Crapper probably did not invent the siphoning toilet, but was one of its first industrial manufacturers. Thomas Crapper & Co. Ltd. has been producing bathroom fixtures continuously since 1861.

Als ik dit zie dan wil ik het blikje open maken en dan met een rietje de cola drinken die erin zit. Als er tenminste cola onder zit.. misschien is het wel een geheime tunnel. Hoe dan ook als de zon schijnt is dit een echte eyecatcher.

Through the development of my analysis I then created six drawings which illustrate the connection between todays presence and yesterday’s forgotten elements. Hand drawings are from what I found on my movement through site which consist of warped signs, exposed manhole covers and cut off I-beams etc. These then formed a connection with the old plans of the train station which were acquired through the local archive systems.
