Feed me, Seymour (Tulipa sp.) My, what big jaws you have! (It's the snaky curve of the horizontal stem that gives it that extra-predatory feeling.) This is the same kind of parrot tulip (Tulipa sp.) as the one in the first comment below; the pink and green stripes on the outside of the petals give no hint at the flaming red and yellow within. It's like two flowers in one, unique and beautiful both ways. People can go nuts about tulips, and I'm starting to see why.
