STERNSCHUSS, MOSHE (1903–1992), Israeli sculptor and winner of the Dizengoff and Jerusalem prizes for sculpture. Born in Poland, Sternschuss immigrated to Palestine in 1926. He studied at the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem, and developed as a sculptor. He began as a realist but later evolved towards a semi-abstract stylization of the human form.
Beauty can be found in the most unexpected moments. I love it when artists focus on less usual yet surprisingly beautiful fragments. These are the works of Jarek Puczel, a painter from Poland who succeeds to catch those moments and transform them into clean, calm and at the same time intensive images.
