100 gram gehakt, 1 eiwit, Zout en peper, 1 eetl kokosmeel, 2 theel water, Handje fijngesneden ui, kokosolie  Saus: 3 eetl tomatenpuree, 1 eetl mosterd, Snufje kruidnagel, Snufje 5 spices kruiden,  Scheutje water om te verdunnen. Meng dit alles.  Verwarm de oven voor (180C). Fruit de ui in een pan. Mix gehakt met eiwit, kruiden en kokosmeel. Voeg ui en water toe. Kneed tot een mooi deeg, (bakblik voor vorm). Bak 45 minuten.   Doe de saus over het brood en bak nog 15 minuten.
