CHICKEN BACON RANCH CHAFFLE CHEESE BREAD
(Chaffle = cheese waffle)
This low carb recipe will be your new go to easy meal! Make sure to PIN for later
Ingredients:
• 1 cup diced chicken
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• 3 eggs
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 Tbsp ranch seasoning
• 1/4 cup diced onion
• 1/3 cup bacon crumbles
Mix all until combined. Add a scoop to mini waffle iron and cook 4 minutes each. Makes 8-10 chaffles
Arrange chaffles on a cookie sheet and top with more shredded mozzarella. Broil until bubbly. Sprinkle with italian seasoning & serve with ranch dressing
