3 chicken breast cooked and cut up in strips, one head of cauliflower chopped up finely, one head of broccoli roughly chopped, 1 cup chopped onion, 1 cup chopped celery, 1/2tsp garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste, 1 cup cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup fat free sour cream. I cooked the chicken first and then cut up, cooked all the veggies with garlic power until softened, throw chicken and veggies in a baking pan, cook together cheese and sour cream, pour on top. Bake at 375 for 20minutes. Enjoy!
