Here's the Burrell engine 'Lord Derby' lifting logs for sawing at the 2014 Weeting Steam Engine Rally & Country Show. This engine was built in 1915 and used for heavy haulage of sand and shale from Southport beaches. During 1939-45 it was used to pull down blitzed houses in Liverpool. It was acquired by Richard Parrott (Rally Chairman) in 1985. The crane and jib were originally fitted to the Burrell engine 'Emperor'.
