Small Batch Cake Donuts

Ingredients • - 1 cup all purpose flour • - 1/3 cup granulated sugar • - 1/4 tsp salt • - 1 tsp baking powder • - 1 large egg • - 2 tablespoons melted butter • - 100 ml whole milk (1/3 cup and 1 tbsp) - 1 tsp vanilla extract Icing • - 3/4 cup powdered sugar • - 1 tbsp milk - 1 drop of food coloring Instructions • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees • 2. In a large bowl add dry ingredients • 3. In a separate bowl whisk together wet ingredients • 4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix gently until incorporated • 5. Add batter to a piping bag or ziploc bag with the end snipped off • 6. Pipe batter into a greased donut pan • 7.
