Yagan's lookout (genunny) Wireless Hill was once known as Yagan’s lookout to the traditional owners. It provided perfect views of the surrounding area and right across the river. Yagan came from the Beeliar people, who were the custodians of the surrounding districts. The Beeliar family group was one of several clans belonging to the Whadjuk tribe. Whadjuk Nyoongar people come from the area of the ‘white sands plains’. Their boundaries consisted roughly of the Perth metropolitan area.
Summerstone Fines is finely crushed quartz that looks terrific when compacted in pathways and driveways. They best way to describe the appearance is that of crushed up sea shells mixed with beach sand. It feels great under foot and lends itself to a relaxed, informal landscape situation. Summerstone Fines has been used to great effect at Wireless Hill in Ardross. This is public open space and a great place to view the product. This is a bulk product at Creation Landscape Supplies.
