A while ago I was complaining about the clicks in my hips while working out... I thought my form was off or I wasn’t engaging my muscles properly when in actuality neither was true.
The hip is actually a ball and socket joint so it should be moved in all different directions! Otherwise, like a hinge it will get creaky and rusty🦾
