Sourdough Naan Flatbread Recipe (from leftover levain). I made this today using my sourdough starter. I fried them in a skillet lightly coated in olive oil. I seasoned them with a Greek seasoning when finished. They were amazing!
Sourdough biscuits If your starter is thinner, just hold back on the buttermilk, adding just enough to bind the ingredients, but not oversaturate the dough (try plain yogurt creamo or milk instead of buttermilk)
