Ingredients:
• 3/4 cup almond flour
• 1/2 cup Cottage cheese
• 2 eggs
• 1 tbsp melted butter unsalted
• 2 tbsp sweetener
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp baking powder
To make them:
• Combine all ingredients in a blender, pour into a pan on medium low with oil. Cook for a few mins on each side & enjoy!
This is easily the best healthy / low carb pancake recipe I’ve ever made 🙌
