Ingredients:
4 bagels, sliced in half
4 eggs, scrambled
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
4 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbsp cream cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Toast the bagel halves until lightly golden brown.
Divide the scrambled eggs evenly among the 8 bagel halves.
Top each egg-filled half with crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar, and a small dollop of cream cheese.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately while the bagels are warm.
