No Bake Golden Oreo Lemon Dessert

Gateau Breton - Butter a round 9" spring form pan. Cream 1 stick melted butter with 1/2 c sugar, stir in 6 T rum, 3 egg yolks one at a time. Add 1 c flour for stiff dough.  Pat into pan.  Use 1 egg yolk & 1 T water to brush top. Incise with fork to make criss-cross pattern. Set pan on baking sheet in case butter oozes. Bake 40 minutes at 325. Makes a dense, rich tea cake.

Berry Breakfast Bars    Makes 12 bars    Bars:  2 cups quick oats  3 x 30 gram scoops (3/4 cup) whey protein, vanilla (If you’d like to omit protein, just add an extra 2/3 cup – 3/4 cup oats)  1/3 cup stevia baking formula (or 12-13 packets)  1/2 cup peanut butter  1/4 cup unsweetened coconut  1/2 cup water (may need an extra 1 Tbsp)
