TX - Here's a shot of the dining room. Hubby and a friend built the farmhouse table. The china hutch belonged to my grandmother, who recycled it from a barbershop. The light fixture I found at a garage sale for five dollars. I spray-painted it black and added the shades. The mirror is an old window frame from my great-grandmother's house on the family farm.
NM - This room was turned into a second bath. We bought the vanity at a roadside vendor for $125, then added a lower shelf and vessel sink. We also installed the mirror where there was once a window leading into the living room. Above the mirror we used a piece of scrap pine. The pine floors were on the ceiling when we bought the house. We moved them down and installed drywall for the ceiling.
