So I just learned how to make this. It is a Filipino dish called Pancit (pronounced pon seet) it is delicious and colorful, using a very thin noodle and veggies and optional poultry. I absolutely loved it and will be making it again! Thank you, @Laura sucladito and @Aaron for the recipe!!
Baked Chicken and Spinach Flautas I didn't use spinach, but just the chicken and cheese and it was wonderful with a sweet chili sauce from Tijuana Flats, sour cream and guacamole. The oven temp. was too high, I adjusted to 400*F @5min. and 5min. I also made refried black beans with it.
