Simple, festive and elegant last minute holiday bites
There’s mac and cheese, and then there’s Truffle Mac and Cheese. If you want more flavor, try this Publix recipe. Toss cooked pasta with truffle oil. Add truffle oil, mushrooms, and thyme into a sauté pan to cook until mushrooms are golden. Stir in Alfredo sauce, and combine Italian-blend cheese and shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Stir mushroom mixture into pasta. Spoon mixture into ramekins, top with more cheese, and bake until cheese is bubbly. Serve and enjoy.
