Lucien Galliard hair ornament in carved horn set wit baroque pearls. The theme of this lovely comb is sycamore leaves. Horn was greatly favoured by the French Art Nouveau jewellers because of its ability to be clarified, dyed and carved into naturalistic shapes and to represent themes from nature.
