Tofu "Crab" Cakes with Lemon Aioli Sauce. Ani and I made this together today, and found it highly successful. Our only issue with this recipe is that it was extremely salty. We used lemon juice over the completed "crab" cakes to even out the salty taste. We both were in agreement to cut the salt in half the next time we make this. Though it was salty, we all (family included) loved the recipe. We only didnt make the beet and apple topping. Ani hates beets, and I hate warm apples.
