Chili Verde. This is nourishing and delicious. It has a ton of flavor. I used lard instead of vegetable oil. The pork drippings I set aside during searing I poured back in when I added the garlic (4 cloves chopped) and onions. I added sliced poblano and jalepeno peppers. Added the poblanos with the pork and i added in jalapenos and tomatillo salsa to taste after i have simmered it for 30 min. Served it with cornbread.
